In the third in this series set in California/Nevada's Lake Tahoe-Reno area Martha O'Sullivan finishes up her series with the story of Paul and Moira. Paul is the ex-fiance of Lindsey from the first book and Moira is one of Lindsey's best friends.

When Lindsey was coming to terms with the fact that she was still in love with Brian, her first love, she realized that Moira was in love with Paul.

Since Lindsey's wedding Paul and Moira continued to see each other but nothing serious until Paul realizes that waiting might just cost him the woman he loves, but can he get over the fact that his last love left him for another man. Moira has a few insecurities of her own. Are the odds against this couple who have waiting so long to get together.

Of the three books in the series, this isn't my favorite because it's too common a theme, otherwise the book is worth reading for it well developed characters and the fact that it end the tree stories and adheres to them.

Many erotic romances are just hot, but this book sizzles. Jinx is on a mission to find a woman from her past. She'll use every means possible, even if she has to kidnap a mass murderer. As an adopted child of free spirited step-parents, Jinx has always wanted to know where she came from. Coming across a picture of a girl she remembers from her childhood, Jinx set out to find her and get the answers she needs.

Her search leads her to a run in with sexy Jed. Jed has his own mission and that is save as many children as possible from human trafficing. He can't believe that Jinx would do something so crazy as to try to kidnap the man he's been trying to get for so long. He has to find out exactly what Jinx is up to, but he can't deny the instant attraction he feels for her.

Jinx knows its something more. The two have a connection and no matter how hard Jed tries to fight it, she's not letting it go.

Well written, great dialog and sex scenes. These two characters jump right off the page. I like an erotic romance that tells a story and the bedroom scenes become part of the story and not the plot.

Romance Book Review: The Gee Spot

When Hayley and AJ were in high school, she was the rich prom queen and he was the geeky nerd that she didn't give the time of day. In fact, years later when she meets him at a charity ball she doesn't even know who he is beside the billionaire playboy that all the women are drooling after.

AJ remembers Hayley though. Not only was she the object of his teenage desires, but her father owned the company where his father got fired before he died. AJ thinks now is the time to make Hayley pay for her father's sins so he embarrasses her at a charity auction. She lets it go not really understanding what his problem was. But when AJ learns her little secret he decides he isn't done with his revenge and he keeps after her to make his revenge complete. But what happens when he realizes Hayley isn't exactly who he thought she was?

The Gee Spot wasn't what I had expected. As a matter of fact, at a point in the story I was really feeling very sad in Hayley's defense and was about ready to give up on AJ having any redeeming character at all. In the end though, I give the author some points for having a well written and interesting story. Mia has a great way with words and can really write some nice and steamy sex scenes.

Romance Book Review: Hot For Teacher

Wild and very sexy romp about a woman who goes out on her 40th birthday and learns the joys of hot, hot, hot sex with a younger man. When she leaves the next morning she thinks her time with the sexy young stud was only a one night stand. Than as it happens the man she spent her birthday with is the new math teacher at the high school she teaches at.

This is a great little short story for those who like really hot sex scenes in their books. The scenes are well written and the likable characters are surprisingly well developed for such a short story.
