Tori knows all about werewolves and she wants nothing to do with them. She has had about all she can take of them with her two brothers. The only problem is there is something about Russ she just can't seem to live without. Not to mention he saves her life when she stumbles onto the scene where a serial killing is burying his latest victim.
Now Russ and Tori are on a run to save their lives before the killer finds them.
I took the time to search out McCallan's Blood, the first book in the series that I read a while back. I thought that book was just okay. Nothing really stood out in the story. This one I liked better. Most action leaving the woods to get away from the bad guy and definitely a lot sexier. One doesn't have to read both in the series to enjoy this book, but it does add foundation to the series.
