Saffron left the world of the supernatural with her childhood, but when her own son's life is in danger she run to her sister for help. Sage has a friend who she believes can help Saffron's son, but it may take Saffron believing in the unbelievable to help her son before the ghostly aberration takes him away.

When she meets Sage's friend Judson, she isn't sure if she can trust him, with her son or with herself. When the ghost show and puts them all in danger, Saffron must learn to believe or lose everything.

Fast read, short story. Read this book in one night. Some great moments of tension as the story climaxed. I was hoping for a little more between the hero and heroine, but the story was just too short to give them anytime for readers to see the HEA. Otherwise the story was well written and perfect who like a little supernatural with their romance.

Description:
There is more lurking between heaven and hell than most mortals are burdened to see.
Saffron Thorne flees to her younger sister's house when something in the darkness attacks her four-year-old son, Carsten. Saff doesn't believe in the supernatural woo-woo that her sister loves, but she trusts Sage with her son's life.

Convinced that evil forces are at work, Sage invites her friend Judson over. Jud is the hottest guy Saff has ever seen, but he's also a medium who talks to the dead. Saff is suspicious and leery, but for some reason she feels inexplicably drawn to him.

Judson soon proves he's legit, but can she trust him enough to put her feelings about the mystical aside and embrace the darkness? She'd do anything to keep her son safe. But as dark surprises are revealed, the danger intensifies even more.

Content Warning: contains graphic sex scene, creepy descriptions of the supernatural, and a love that defies the laws of death.

Quirky Alice in Wonderland type short story.

After a fight one twin disappears leaving the other feeling guilty and changed for life. Now it is Willow's 30th birthday, 15 years since her sister's disappearance. After a disastrous birthday dinner with her current boyfriend, Willow happens into a psychic shop where she is told to go to the place where she last saw her sister and she will find her.

Following the psychics advise Willow goes home and gets lost in a local forest only to be met by a Robin Hood character and all sorts of crazy things.

Despite the strange bizarre circumstances Willow finds herself in, this was a very nice well written short. It is a quick fun read for a weekend. However, that said, don't be fooled by the below description and the title of the book this is Willow's story, not Whitney's I think there might have been a mistake along the way. It doesn't change anything about the book or how it reads.

Description:
Haunted by her twin sister’s disappearance when they were only fifteen, Whitney has made finding people her life’s work. When her most recent boyfriend pushes for a commitment, she flees and finds herself at a strange psychic’s shop. The woman gives her hope that her sister is still alive, but also warns that something evil and supernatural is coming for her. Returning home, Whitney pursues the lead the mystic offered. The lead brings her to a strange world she wasn’t prepared for.

Coming to her aid, a sexy Robin Hood saves her life not once but twice, yet she has a hard time trusting her begrudging savior. Something is very wrong about his world of lost things, but Whitney only wants to find her sister and get them both home. Her attraction to the warrior only complicates her search. His world is fraught with danger, but she finds passion in his arms.

Madison can't believe it when she is kidnapped by aliens and taken to a slave auction. When she is purchased by a man as a sex slave she couldn't be more horrified.

Realizing that the handsome man meant her no harm and falling in love was never in her wildest dreams as she as is poked and prodded during the auction process.

Very short sci-fi book good for those who enjoy reading about new worlds and exploring new frontiers.

As Madison Edwards is walking home one night, she finds herself face-to-face with strange creatures—aliens. They kidnap her and sell her into slavery. Out of place and alone, she struggles to understand the alien world where she’s being held captive. Her feelings about her new master are conflicted, and she’s torn between wanting to go home and wanting to fulfill all his desires.

Spontaneous and out-of-character, Jul purchases a rare human female at the market. Her people are known to have mystical sexual powers.
