I originally purchased this book because it contained one of Lora Leigh's Breed stories. It was also a good chance to read some other paranormal stories by some good authors. All the stories take place around the Christmas holidays.

I liked all of the stories pretty well, except that I found the ends of all of them a little too sappy. Other than that they were pretty good stories with great heros and heroines.

A Christmas Kiss
Lora Leigh
Lora Leigh brings back her Breeds series and revisits her wolves Colorado. This is the story of Hawke and Jessica. She first introduced them in Aiden's story where Jessica betrays the Breeds by telling their enemies where Hope and Faith's cabins were located before a bombing. Now Hawke and Jessica are back and it is revealed that Jessica was drugged to give away the information.

Vampires Ball
Angela Knight
Kat Danilo’s childhood turned tragic when her sister become the victim of a serial killer. Years later, she gets a chance at justice when she discovers she’d the daughter of Lancelot, vampire knight of the Round Table. But first, she’s got to convince a handsome vampire warrior that she’s worthy to gain the magical powers that are her birthright – powers that might help her find her sister’s killer.

If the murderer doesn’t find her first....

Sweet Enchantment
Anya Bast
Dark Magick series first book. The story introduces Ronan the mange and Bella. Years before Ronan broke Bella's heart, but she can't see him killed so she makes an offer to save him. All he has to do is marry her. He refuses because he wants Bella to come to him on his terms. Before she knows it, Ronan escapes from his prison to claim her.

A Little Night Magic
Allyson James
The town of Magellan is famous for its woo-woo activity. Naomi is known as an Unbeliever (one who doesn't believe in Magellan's mystical energy). But Naomi must put disbelief aside when her Navajo lover reveals that he is a Changer, a shapeshifter, and has returned to Magellan to protect her from grave danger on Christmas Eve.

  1. Gotta love that cover. I haven't raed any of these authors so this would be a nice collection for me to try. Are they very erotic? I'm not into heavy erotica.

  2. This one isn't bad, especially the one by Lora Leigh who can write very erotic. Although there were some sensual bedroom scenes, for the most part the story are very romantic.
