What my 16 year old son is currently reading

My son is very much into Japanese Manga. I think in it's own way manga has a great deal of romance entangled in the story line. Which is the last thing you want to say to a 16 year-old boy, but it is none-the-less true.  The story lines run very similar to an action romance. Some are funny, but I'm not sure they are suppose to be. That might just be my off the cuff sense of humor.
