I love the Cinderella type story. Lily's low self-esteem about her body doesn't mean she's not a fighter, she's learned to handle herself over the years. Roman has let his money build his arrogance. When the two meet they really compliment each other, which is the best part about this book. The conflict, of course the bet and what happens when Lily finds out. That was kind of the predicable part of the book. I was a little disappointed with the end, but over all this is a really good book for an afternoon read.

Lily Hayward doesn’t do parties, doesn’t like attention, and she definitely doesn’t date. This unassuming book shop owner would rather spend a night in with a good book rather than hobnob with the rich and famous.
